Booking Terms and Conditions

Key Policies

 

1. No-Show & Late Cancellations

 

A $20 fee applies for cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows.

 

Fees must be paid before scheduling future appointments. Unpaid fees may result in appointment cancellation.

 

 

 

2. Booking Management

 

Appointments must be booked via our website or directly with Kameera.

 

You will receive confirmation and reminders via text or email. If you do not receive confirmation, your booking is not in our system.

 

Use the provided links to cancel or reschedule appointments individually.

 

 

 

3. Late Arrivals

 

A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

 

Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in automatic cancellation.

 

 

 

4. Children & Elderly

 

If your appointment includes a child or elderly person requiring assistance, the parent, guardian, or carer’s details must be included in the booking.

 

Bookings missing this information will be automatically canceled.

 

Carers or guardians may assist with entry but should leave afterward unless their presence is required for the service.

 

 

 

5. Health and Safety

 

If you feel unwell, please reschedule. Notify us if you test positive for COVID-19, FLU, RSV, or any other viral disease. Arriving ill may result in the immediate cancelation of your appointment.

 

 

 

6. Salon Protocol

 

 

No guests are allowed unless essential (e.g., a child’s parent or elderly client’s carer).

 

Once services are complete, please exit promptly to maintain safety and schedule efficiency.

 

 

 

 

Service-Specific Policies

 

1. Color Services

 

Waivers and consultations are mandatory before your appointment. Failure to complete may lead to cancellation. Consultations via phone and text are an option. Please provide inspiration pictures during consultation.

 

 

 

2. Advanced coloring services

 

Please drop off bundles atleast 3-5 days prior to your appointment to insure sufficient time for service.

 

 

 

 

3. Additional Services

 

Book all desired services in advance. Adding extra services on the day may not be possible.

Preferred payment method: Cash, Zelle, card, & Apple Pay
